A importância da psicomotricidade para a aprendizagem da escrita
Abstract
O presente estudo buscou evidenciar a relação entre a psicomotricidade e o desenvolvimento da escrita, através de uma pesquisa transversal exploratória e descritiva, realizada em uma escola de Educação Básica na cidade de Quaraí – RS, tendo como população alvo vinte crianças regularmente matriculadas no primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental desta escola, devendo possuir entre seis e sete anos. Primeiramente foi realizada a avaliação da parte escrita a partir de um parecer elaborado pelo professor regente da turma, caracterizando os alunos que escrevem ou não de acordo com o desempenho das atividades em sala de aula. E os testes de análise motora avaliaram a coordenação motora fina de acordo com a Escala de Desenvolvimento Motor (EDM). Esta amostra foi composta por 60% do sexo masculino e 40% do sexo feminino e, dentro desta amostra 55% ainda não escrevem e 45% escrevem. Sendo no sexo masculino onde se obteve o maior número de alunos que não escrevem. Os testes motores revelaram que as crianças possuem uma idade motora cronológica menor que a biológica. Também apresentaram a média do coeficiente motor equivalente a categoria diagnosticada de padrão motor inferiorreforçando o fato da maior parte das crianças não escreverem. Entretanto a Correlação de Pearson, embora não tenha se mostrada significativa, foi possível observar que as crianças com maior de idade motora (IM) e coeficiente motor (QM) apresentaram maior chance de escrever do que as demais. Dessa, forma reafirmamos a importância da avaliação motora constante dos alunos para estabelecer metas educacionais bem como identificar componentes do desenvolvimento motor que necessitam de atenção especial para que se possa estimular as crianças para atingirem o seu desenvolvimento motor esperado.
