Fatores de motivação dos servidores do quadro efetivo da secretaria municipal de gestão pública de Sapucaia do Sul
Abstract
Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar os fatores que contribuem para a
motivação dos servidores públicos da Secretaria Municipal de Gestão Pública de Sapucaia do
Sul. Para isso, conceituou-se motivação e, como principal base teórica, citou-se a Teoria de
Dois Fatores de Herzberg: fatores higiênicos e fatores motivacionais. A pesquisa é
classificada como um estudo de caso descritivo, quantitativo. Para a análise, utilizou-se o
número absoluto de cada resposta. Assim, elaborou-se um questionário com 10 perguntas
relacionadas ao tema, sendo que, no total foram respondidos 36 questionários. Os resultados
apresentaram maior satisfação em relação aos fatores higiênicos, porém os servidores ainda se
mostram insatisfeitos no que diz respeito à política de trabalho, à remuneração e aos
benefícios oferecidos pela instituição. Já em relação aos fatores motivacionais, os servidores
estão satisfeitos apenas com o trabalho que executam e mostram-se insatisfeitos com a
oportunidade de desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional e de reconhecimento e
realização no trabalho. Como sugestões indicou-se para a instituição a oferta de cursos
específicos para os servidores, de acordo com sua área de trabalho, e a implementação de um
plano de carreira para que possam seguir os caminhos certos para atingir seus objetivos
profissionais.
