Mesofauna edáfica em diferentes sistemas de manejo do solo
Abstract
As práticas executadas na agricultura podem afetar a qualidade física, química e biológica do solo. Objetivou-se com esse trabalho avaliar os impactos de diferentes sistemas de manejo do solo na diversidade e abundância da mesofauna edáfica. Foram avaliados quatro sistemas de manejo do solo: Soja em Sistema de Plantio Direto Consolidado, Milho em Sistema de Plantio Direto Consolidado, Soja em Sistema de Cultivo Mínimo e Mata Nativa, em duas profundidades considerando palhada/serapilheira e solo, com oito repetições. A coleta das amostras foi realizada com uma meso-sonda de diâmetro conhecido, o material coletado foi levado para a extração dos indivíduos, através dos Funis de Berlese-Tüllgren Modificados. Para a determinação dos índices de biodiversidade foram realizados os cálculos da Abundância, Riqueza de Margalef, Dominância de Simpson, Diversidade de Shannon e Equabilidade de Pielou. Foram coletadas amostras de uma área conhecida para determinação da Massa Seca dos diferentes sistemas de manejo do solo. As médias foram comparadas entre os diferentes sistemas de manejo do solo nas diferentes profundidades, e utilizado teste t para amostras independentes. O grupo Acarina apresentou maior frequência relativa independente do sistema de manejo do solo. A abundância de indivíduos foi maior na palhada/serapilheira. A Riqueza de Margalef, Diversidade de Shannon e a Equabilidade de Pielou foram maiores na profundidade solo independente do sistema de manejo. A Soja em Sistema Plantio Direto Consolidado mantém a diversidade biológica do solo, equivalendo a mata nativa. A massa seca na cobertura do solo foi maior no sistema Soja em Sistema Plantio Direto Consolidado.
