Análise e desenvolvimento de um conversor integrado com tensão de entrada universal e controle de intensidade luminosa para acionamento de leds
Abstract
Este trabalho apresenta a análise e desenvolvimento de uma nova topologia de driver eletrônico para acionamento de LEDs, composta pela integração de um conversor operando como corretor de fator de potência – PFC Boost Bridgeless Totem-Pole e um conversor operando comocontrolador de potência – PC Half-Bridge LLC Ressonante. O estágio PFC é responsável por adequar a forma de onda de corrente de entrada do driver, visando obter elevado fator de potência e reduzida taxa de distorção harmônica, entrando em conformidade com as normas regulamentadoras de energia. O estágio PC é responsável por adequar a corrente de saída para os níveis de alimentação dos LEDs. Ainda, esse trabalho propõe operação com tensão entrada universal e controle de intensidade luminosa do LEDs. O conversor é projetado para operar com tensão de barramento constante, a qual é controlada pela razão cíclica da estrutura, permitindo operação com tensão de entrada universal. Concomitantemente, a indutância sériedo conversor LLC é alterada através de um indutor variável, modificando a impedância do filtro ressonante e controlando a potência de saída do conversor integrado. Além disso, busca-se manter operação com ZVS em ambos os interruptores para todos os pontos de operação. Uma vez definida a estrutura topológica, o projeto dos conversores é desenvolvido, assim como análises simulatórias são realizadas para comprovar o funcionamento do circuito. Posteriormente, resultados experimentais mostram a operação do conversor integrado através de testes em bancada.
