Estudo de caso do aterramento elétrico de um prédio misto com subestação abrigada - Santa Maria - RS
Abstract
Este trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre o aterramento elétrico de um prédio misto com subestação abrigada na
cidade de Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul. O prédio em questão é composto por 196 unidades consumidoras
individuais residenciais e uma unidade comercial, sendo uma entrada de serviço composta por duas entradas de
energia, uma em baixa tensão e uma em média tensão. Na revisão bibliográfica são apresentados os tipos de
subestações regulamentadas pela norma da região, assim como os tipos de aterramentos que podem ser instalados
na entrada de serviço. O trabalho apresenta no seu desenvolvimento os cálculos de carga instalada e demanda da
edificação, bem como o dimensionamento da entrada de serviço. São apresentados também os cálculos para a
determinação da potência do transformador da unidade comercial, assim como o modelo do posto de transformação
utilizado nesta instalação, com todos os requisitos exigidos pela norma da região. Por fim, no desenvolvimento, é
apresentado o projeto do sistema de aterramento para a subestação do prédio, interligado as fundações da
edificação. Este projeto foi desenvolvido com a medição da resistividade do solo, cálculo da seção do condutor da
malha, dimensionamento da malha, cálculo da resistência de aterramento da malha e verificação do potencial
máximo na malha. Foi possível concluir que neste estudo de caso a resistividade do solo era baixa, sendo possível
realizar a malha de aterramento com apenas 6 hastes de 2,4m e área total de aproximadamente 20,45m2.
