Estudo comparativo de preços para aquisição ou locação de veículos em empresa distribuidora atacadista
Abstract
As empresas que possuem sistema de venda e entrega de seus produtos comercializados, com frota própria, encontram necessidades gerenciais de apuração e reconhecimento dos gastos direcionados em logística de distribuição. O objetivo geral deste estudo consiste em analisar comparativamente o comportamento dos gastos de investimento em ativos imobilizados versus locação de veículos de carga. O estudo é classificado como dedutivo, qualitativo, exploratório e um estudo de caso, em que foram coletadas informações na empresa Sislimpa, relativas ao setor de transporte; na concessionária Fiat de Santa Maria-RS, para estimar gastos com possíveis aquisições de novos veículos e em empresas locadoras de veículos. Dos dezessete veículos da Sislimpa estudados, apenas seis apresentaram resultados favoráveis à locação. Já na estimativa projetada para vinte e cinco veículos, o que corresponde ao total da frota da empresa, na comparação dos valores coletados na concessionária com os de locação, apenas cinco demonstraram resultados favoráveis a sua locação. Com base nos resultados apresentados, chegou-se em algumas constatações: a locação pode ser a alternativa mais interessante financeiramente se a empresa buscar veículos para uso por um curto prazo; entre a aquisição de veículos novos ou usados, é preferível a compra do usado, porém, na comparação com a locação, se o veículo for adquirido para uso por períodos superiores a trinta e seis meses, torna-se irrelevante a comparação entre veículos novos ou usados.
