Análise da viabilidade econômico-financeira na instalação da energia solar fotovoltaica em organizações militares
Abstract
Este trabalho apresenta a análise da viabilidade econômico-financeira na instalação de um sistema de energia solar fotovoltaica nas Organizações Militares do Exército Brasileiro localizadas na cidade de Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul. A pesquisa foi classificada como aplicada e na coleta de dados como quantitativa. A finalidade do trabalho é apresentar a energia solar como alternativa para a redução de gastos de recursos públicos e a diversificação energética associada à preservação ambiental embasada na política ambiental do Exército Brasileiro. Tem-se como objetivo geral a viabilidade econômico-financeira da instalação de energia solar fotovoltaica como alternativa para redução de custos em Organizações Militares do Exército Brasileiro. Dentre os objetivos específicos do trabalho estão a análise dos indicadores obtidos pelos métodos de viabilidade de projetos e a estimava de tempo de retorno do investimento proposto. Para a aplicação da viabilidade levantou-se os valores com o gasto de energia elétrica em tais organizações nos meses de agosto de 2015 a julho de 2016. Foram aplicados os seguintes métodos: payback simples; payback descontado; taxa interna de retorno (TIR); e, valor presente líquido (VPL). Foram utilizadas como base para aplicação da análise três das dezoito Organizações Militares situadas em Santa Maria - RS: a de maior, a de intermediário e de menor gasto energético. Com base no payback simples os projetos das três foram viáveis. Já com o payback descontado o projeto de menor valor não se mostrou viável, pois o tempo de retorno foi praticamente o mesmo do período considerado para investimento. Entretanto, levando em consideração a preservação, a proteção e a melhoria da qualidade ambiental e a Política de Gestão Ambiental do Exército Brasileiro a implantação dos projetos é extremamente relevante.
