Colecistectomia laparoscópica em cão com pólipos vesicais, lama e cálculos biliares
Abstract
O presente trabalho descreve a utilização da cirurgia laparoscópica no tratamento de um canino com simultâneas afecções do sistema biliar. O sistema biliar é composto pela vesícula biliar, ducto cístico, ducto biliar comum, ductos hepáticos, ductos interlobulares, ductos intralobulares, ductos biliares e canalículos hepáticos. As vias biliares extra-hepáticas podem ser acometidas por diversas alterações, sendo a mucocele da vesícula biliar a mais reconhecida por sua alta morbidade e mortalidade. Sinais clínicos inespecíficos podem ocorrer, como anorexia, letargia e êmese. O tratamento de eleição é a colecistectomia. Relata-se no presente trabalho, a realização de colecistectomia laparoscópica em um canino apresentando pólipos vesicais, lama e cálculos biliares. O procedimento foi realizado com três portais de acesso abdominais, sendo um (11mm) na linha média e outros dois na parede abdominal direita (11mm) e esquerda (6mm). A técnica se mostrou efetiva, permitindo a realização da colecistectomia sem intercorrências em um caso incomum, com diferentes alterações biliares associadas.
