Desenvolvimento de uma fonte de tensão regulada para a alimentação de equipamentos eletrônicos a partir de painéis solares fotovoltaicos
Abstract
O presente trabalho descreve o projeto e a implementação de uma fonte de tensão regulada a partir de painéis solares fotovoltaicos, com saída de 5 V em corrente contínua (CC) – mesmo nível de tensão das portas USB dos computadores pessoais –, para alimentar equipamentos eletrônicos, como celulares, tablets, mp3 players, HDs externos, entre outros. Para isso, além de conhecimentos em Eletrônica de Potência, conceitos de controle digital e eletrônica analógica deverão ser empregados no desenvolvimento desta fonte de tensão regulada. O sistema de controle desenvolvido deve amostrar constantemente os valores do sensor de corrente (para fins de proteção) e do sensor de tensão (variável esta a ser controlada). Salienta-se que um conversor Buck rebaixador de tensão é empregado, Adicionalmente, um conversor do tipo Flyback é empregado para alimentar os circuitos auxiliares (gate-driver e instrumentação). A partir disso, com a implementação de uma lógica de controle adequada, disponibiliza-se o valor de tensão de 5 V em um conector USB para permitir essa ampla compatibilidade com equipamentos eletrônicos. O controle do conversor Buck é realizado com o auxílio de um microcontrolador Arduino Mega 2560, no qual é implementada uma técnica de controle proporcional-integral (PI) a fim de garantir que não haja erro em regime permanente no valor de tensão da fonte. Salienta-se que, além da gama de aplicações práticas, o presente projeto possui um apelo ambiental por fazer uso de uma fonte renovável de energia
