Padronização de saída de dados em XML de softwares utilizados para cadastro de redes baseado em estudo de caso de um provedor de médio porte em expansão
Abstract
Com o crescente uso da internet, surgiu a necessidade de manter os processos e sistemas integrados. Com isso, aumentou a demanda de tecnologias que tornem possível o desenvolvimento de sistemas capazes de se integrar e interoperar, mantendo a estrutura física dos dados e dispensando grandes intervenções para ajustes. Logo, é indispensável que haja um padrão para comunicação de dados. O propósito desse trabalho é apresentar a linguagem XML como formato universal para intercâmbio de dados, demonstrando as facilidades que traria comparado ao atual cenário de exportação e importação de arquivos. Para comprovar o proposito, é feito um estudo de caso demonstrando quais os formatos atuais de mesma finalidade e qual o comportamento esperado dos mesmos em padrão XML.
