Análise Comparativa entre os modelos ABNT NBR 16055:2012 e seu projeto de revisão de agosto de 2022
Abstract
Como resposta ao déficit habitacional apresentado ao longo da história do Brasil, foram adotados pelo governo nacional programas de incentivo à construção, o que gerou no país uma procura por métodos construtivos que associam produtividade e baixo custo, difundindo em todo o Brasil o sistema de paredes de concreto moldados no local. A NBR 16055, publicada em 2012, se apresentou como regulamentação para o método construtivo, e ao longo de 10 anos ela tem sido a base referencial para os projetos realizados nesse sistema. Com o avanço das técnicas e tecnologias da construção civil, surge a necessidade de atualização dos parâmetros propostos sendo desenvolvido um projeto de atualização da norma, que entrou em consulta pública em agosto de 2022. O presente trabalho objetivou comparar os parâmetros das duas propostas, destacando as alterações realizadas pelo projeto de revisão, visando atualizar os engenheiros projetistas dessa modalidade para os requisitos mais atuais da normatização brasileira. Com a análise das mudanças propostas, concluiu-se que, embora a proposta necessite de algumas correções relacionadas à descrição e apresentação dos parâmetros de forma a reduzir ambiguidades e proporcionar maior clareza dos parâmetros normatizados, a atualização da norma incorpora importantes avanços de novas tecnologias presentes no mercado, possibilitando o desenvolvimento de projetos mais eficientes e atualizados em relação às normatizações relacionadas mais recentes. Por fim, elabora-se um quadro resumo apontando as principais alterações introduzidas pela revisão.
