Desenvolvimento de bancada automatizada para suporte ao ensino e treinamento em sistemas fotovoltaicos
Abstract
Este documento apresenta o trabalho de conclusão de curso no qual o objetivo principal era o desenvolvimento de uma bancada didática para ser utilizada em treinamento de pessoal. O treinamento requer uma mudança nas competências do indivíduo e portanto, é necessário que ele desenvolva suas competências em um ambiente prático e que reproduza ao máximo um sistema real no qual este indivíduo irá trabalhar posteriormente. Por se tratar de um protótipo, é priorizado o baixo custo de materiais e o consciente uso de materiais. Uma estrutura metálica é construída para acomodar os demais sistemas que fazem parte da bancada. Um estudo de homogeneidade de irradiação é realizado para verificar a viabilidade do uso de lâmpadas de halogênio nesta aplicação. Este trabalho mostra também se o tipo de acionamento desta lâmpada tem influência na geração de energia pelos módulos. É desenvolvido um circuito para medição da tensão da rede e uma interface homem-máquina para enviar comandos e receber informações do microcontrolador utilizado. O sistema proposto é montado em um protótipo de bancada e resultados experimentais validam esta proposta.
