Estudo e desenvolvimento de uma prótese de mão mioelétrica
Abstract
As tecnologias assistivas surgiram de modo a garantir uma maior inclusão das pessoas com
deficiência na sociedade e, neste contexto, a utilização de uma prótese de membro pode
significar uma melhoria drástica na qualidade de vida dessas pessoas amputadas. Porém o custo
de uma prótese funcional para membros superiores é extremamente alto, não sendo acessível
para grande parte da população brasileira, e o Estado não fornece para todos os casos a melhor
opção, apenas a mais adequada. Para solucionar este problema é possível confeccionar uma
prótese funcional mioelétrica de baixo custo através da utilização de impressoras 3D e
componentes facilmente encontrados no mercado brasileiro. Este trabalho apresenta o projeto
e desenvolvimento de uma prótese mioelétrica de mão para amputações transradiais de baixo
custo, definindo todos os passos necessários para a confecção. É utilizado um sistema de
sensoriamento com eletrodos de prata não-invasivos para captar o sinal mioelétrico responsável
pelo controle, através do microcontrolador Arduino Nano, da parte mecânica da prótese,
construída por uma impressora 3D, e servos motores responsáveis pela movimentação das
articulações. Neste trabalho, foi projetado um sistema de aquisição do sinal utilizando
componentes de baixo custo e fáceis de encontrar no mercado brasileiro, que é composto pelas
fases de pré-amplificação e filtros passa-alta e passa-baixa, responsáveis por amplificar o sinal
e retirar possíveis ruídos.
