Otimização topológica do rotor de separação de debulha de uma colheitadeira agrícola
Abstract
Os rotores de separação de debulha são amplamente usados em colheitadeiras como um separador de fluxo que inclui pelo menos um eixo rotativo. Dentre os componentes do rotor, o dedo é um dos principais, pois é o responsável pela separação dos grãos e da palha. No entanto, esse componente possui poucos estudos que visam o aumento de desempenho estrutural, principalmente em relação a otimização. Este trabalho tem como proposta desenvolver uma otimização topológica utilizando um modelo de elementos finitos (FE) com o objetivo de reduzir a massa do dedo. Na primeira etapa, o modelo é desenvolvido considerando o pré-torque do parafuso e a carga de flexão que a palha gera no dedo. Além disso, são considerados os contatos normais e tangenciais entre os componentes. Em seguida, a otimização da topologia é realizada pelo método Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization (SIMP). A função objetivo é definida como minimizar o volume do dedo sujeito à tensão de von Mises e às restrições de deslocamento. Os resultados de otimização da topologia apresentam que o volume reduzido é de 59,81% em comparação com o modelo original.
