Metodologia de análise da capacidade de hospedagem de sistemas fotovoltaicos em redes de distribuição de energia elétrica
Abstract
Para que a inserção de novas tecnologias possa trazer benefícios para as redes de distribuição
de energia elétrica, os impactos associados a energia solar devem ser analisados de forma
cuidadosa, visto que as redes de baixa tensão foram construídas considerando o fluxo de
potência unidirecional, não levando em conta a inserção de grandes parcelas de geração
distribuída. Deste modo, surge a necessidade de pesquisas inerentes a avaliação da capacidade
de hospedagem (CH) de sistemas fotovoltaicos (FV), com o objetivo de garantir o fornecimento
de energia elétrica de qualidade, assim como a possibilidade de antecipar problemas locais de
planejamento da rede elétrica. Assim, o presente trabalho apresenta a criação de uma
metodologia para avaliar a CH de sistemas FV em redes de distribuição. As análises são
realizadas considerando alguns perfis de probabilidade de parâmetros relacionados para a
adoção de sistemas FV, e a avaliação dos impactos. De modo geral, o MMC consiste na
possibilidade de criação de diversos cenários aleatórios, e a posição de cada sistema FV é
sorteado pelo software de acordo com as curvas dos perfis dos consumidores com maior
probabilidade de adoção ao sistema FV. As curvas de probabilidade referem-se ao vínculo entre
poder aquisitivo e a carga instalada, ao consumo, os níveis de escolaridade do consumidor, além
da influência do efeito em pares na possível instalação, onde os pesos dos parâmetros foram
definidos através do método Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). O algoritmo é implementado
em linguagem de programação Python, que utiliza a interface DLL do software Open
Distribution System Simulator (OpenDSS) para as simulações de fluxo de potência. O estudo
de caso é realizado considerando uma rede de baixa tensão, onde são variados os pesos de cada
parâmetro através da análise de sensibilidade. Posteriormente, são analisadas as possibilidades
de sobretensões, visto que este é o fator limitante mais comum encontrado com a inserção de
sistemas FV. Deste modo, é evidenciado no estudo que as linhas que representam indicadores
mais elevados de tensão, estão localizadas mais distantes do transformador, demonstrando que
a CH é menor em finais de trecho do alimentador. Ainda, é exposto que o recondutoramento
dos cabos, é uma solução de mitigação para os efeitos ocasionados pela sobretensão.
