Xamanismo, psicologia junguiana e ecopsicologia: ensaio sobre a relação entre saúde humana e planetária em um mundo em crise
Abstract
Este trabalho apresenta uma reflexão acerca da relação entre a saúde humana e a
saúde do planeta Terra diante da crise humana e ambiental que enfrentamos. Para
isso, foi revisada a literatura de autores considerados como referência no xamanismo,
na psicologia junguiana e na ecopsicologia. A aproximação entre os conceitos dessas
três áreas revelou que seu estudo integrado forma uma lente rica para a observação
dos desafios enfrentados pelo ser humano atualmente. Foram identificados pontos de
convergência que permitem uma compreensão holística acerca da relação entre
consciência, espiritualidade e a conexão do ser humano com a natureza. O leitor, no
entanto, não encontra aqui apenas uma perspectiva teórica holística acerca destes
tópicos: para além da teoria, este ensaio aponta para a necessidade de uma
reavaliação prática da conduta humana tendo em vista a regeneração da harmonia na
relação do ser humano com a natureza mediante uma vida mais autoconsciente,
espiritualmente rica e ecologicamente sustentável.
