Avaliação da eficiência de sistemas de aproveitamento pluvial em cidades representativas das diferentes regiões do Rio Grande do Sul
Abstract
O aumento da demanda de água, em consequência da expansão urbana e do crescimento
populacional, trouxe a necessidade de investimento em sistemas de produção de água potável
e em práticas de gestão mais sustentáveis do uso dos solos e dos recursos hídricos. Nesse
cenário, o uso de fontes alternativas de água, como o aproveitamento de águas pluviais (NBR
15.527/2019), busca minimizar essa crescente demanda frente a escassez hídrica e, ao mesmo
tempo, pode auxiliar na solução de problemas de drenagem urbana. Contudo, a eficiência
satisfatória desses sistemas de aproveitamento depende do correto dimensionamento do
reservatório de armazenamento, recomendando-se encontrar a relação adequada entre área de
captação, volume do reservatório e demanda a ser atendida. Este estudo tem como objetivo
aplicar o método da simulação para análise de sistemas de aproveitamento pluvial no estado do
Rio Grande do Sul, considerando simulações com diferentes áreas de captação, volume de
armazenamento e demandas, tendo como resultado a eficiências dos sistemas. Após finalizar as
simulações, realizar uma análise de desempenho profunda dos resultados de cada cidade, e
ainda, verificar os resultados médios gerais definidos por diferentes demandas de água, a fim
de determinar padrões médios para o estado. Por fim, consolidar os dados encontrados em uma
plataforma de análise (Power BI), a fim de facilitar o acesso da população às informações e
promover uma compreensão mais abrangente dos sistemas de aproveitamento pluvial. Todas as
simulações foram realizadas utilizando dados de sete estações pluviométricas do estado,
representando diferentes cidades e diferentes regiões. Também, foram realizadas simulações
para faixas de variações e não para um valor único de área de contribuição, demandas e
volumes, de modo que os resultados obtidos possam ser utilizados para uma ampla faixa de
valores. Os resultados das simulações, de maneira geral, demonstram que a eficiência no
atendimento à demanda representa uma reposta interligada das diferentes variáveis que compõe
o sistema de aproveitamento (volume de armazenamento, área de captação, demanda e dados
pluviométricos), de forma que o volume ideal de armazenamento será uma consequência dessa
influência conjunta. Assim, a metodologia apresentada neste estudo proporciona uma
compreensão integrada da influência dos diversos elementos no sistema de aproveitamento,
simulando seu comportamento como um todo. Além disso, ela viabiliza a análise das dimensões
a serem implementadas em termos de área de captação e volume de armazenamento,
considerando uma demanda conhecida, com o intuito de atingir uma eficiência predeterminada
no atendimento à demanda.
