Projeto de um conversor digital-analógico (dac) tipo current steering
Abstract
No presente TCC, um conversor Digital-Analógico (DAC) do tipo Current-Steering de 10 bits foi projetado no nível elétrico. A estrutura do DAC é composta por um arranjo programável de células de fonte de corrente. Decodificadores são responsáveis pelo envio de sinais para essas células, direcionando assim a corrente para o nó de saída, onde todas as correntes selecionadas são somadas. Esse tipo de conversor tem aplicação em áreas como processamento de sinais, instrumentação eletrônica e telecomunicações, além de ser utilizado como componente em outros dispositivos integrados, integrando-se como blocos em circuitos analógicos, mistos e microcontroladores. Resultados de simulação mostraram que o DAC projetado apresentou um ENOB de 9.56 bits e um SFDR de 64 dB.
