Fotografia como agente de empoderamento: emancipação social e expressão de travestis e transgêneros
Abstract
O Brasil é o país que mais mata pessoas transgêneros e travestis no mundo
inteiro. Isso se deve à transfobia que todo o grupo populacional sofre. Devido
ao preconceito, esse grupo tem uma imagem socialmente construída muito
distorcida da realidade. Como pesquisa então, esta monografia objetiva a
desconstrução do pré-conceito e imagem desse grupo de indivíduos através da fotografia de retrato, trazendo como abordagem a resignificação da
imagem, propondo a utilização da fotografia como agente de emancipação social e a autoestima da população trans como meio de valorização da
vida. A monografia será baseada em Phillips e Pugh (1987), abordada nos
seguintes capítulos principais: Teoria de Fundamento, trazendo conceitos
e embasamento em um grande escopo. Teoria de foco, abordando informações que trazem ainda mais proximidade para o objetivo geral. A Teoria de
Dados apresentando a metodologia aplicada ao projeto, planejamento e
em questão e por fim, a Contribuição trazendo as possíveis soluções para o
problema, os resultados do trabalho e uma análise de conclusão com relação
aos apontamentos da monografia.
