A mente coletiva: o comportamento das massas nas redes sociais de personalidades políticas
Abstract
Este estudo investiga a influência das redes sociais sobre o comportamento coletivo,
especialmente em contextos políticos. A pesquisa analisa como as narrativas e dinâmicas
presentes nas plataformas digitais moldam os processos cognitivos e emocionais dos usuários,
afetando suas atitudes e reações. Utilizando uma abordagem qualitativa e análise documental,
o estudo destaca a importância de promover discursos racionais e combater a desinformação,
enfatizando a integridade da informação como fundamental para a saúde do debate público e a
governança democrática. Além de discutir a psicologia das massas, demonstrando como as
mídias sociais podem facilitar comportamentos de manada e reações emocionais rápidas, o
que é crucial para entender a formação da opinião pública. O trabalho também aborda a
necessidade de uma comunicação política eficaz, que utilize as redes sociais como canais
diretos de interação com a população, promovendo transparência e confiança.
