Análise do processo de atenção farmacêutica na estratégia saúde da família: uma revisão bibliográfica

Abstract

This study had the objective of analyzing the relative aspects to the pharmaceutical attention in the Strategy Health of the Family, approached in national and international newspapers, available in half electronic, in the period from 2008 to 2010. The temporary cutting was certain for the moment in that there was the inclusion of the pharmacist in the team of health of the family. The articles of the goods was accomplished in available publications in the electronic way and they were used the descritores: Pharmaceutical attention x Programs Health of the Family x Strategy Health of the Family. They were found and analyzed two goods that contemplated the established criteria. The goods approach patient's cases with chronic diseases, that they were accompanied by professionals' team, including the pharmacist, and they conclude that there was contribution for the resolution of problems related to medicines and for the success of the therapy.
