dc.description.abstract | This monograph has as its theme the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) as a collective construction, trying to understand and characterize the importance of democratic school management which, in essence, is organized in the educational work done in school. In this way, the objective was to understand the importance of democratic school management at the planning, (re) construction and implementation of Political Pedagogical Project. This was a qualitative study involving literature search, as well as a case study, which delimited object as the process of rebuilding the PPP of a public school in the city of Santa Maria - RS. The investigative context of literature search was conducted through reading, selection and analysis of theoretical assumptions on the subject in books and scientific journals. The case study, however, data were collected through questionnaires applied to each specific segment of the school community (students, parents, faculty and staff) and that sampling was 5 subjects per segment as well as an interview with the current responsible for school management (director). Those data collection instruments directed to seek elements for understanding and analyzing the experience of (re) construction of PPP experienced by the school in the previous year. From this research, we can note that there was a significant participation of the school community at the process of (re) construction of the PPP and there is the engagement of everyone for the common good of the school, demonstrating the principles of democratic management, what is the participation and autonomy in decisions pedagogical, administrative and financial. | eng |

dc.description.resumo | O presente trabalho monográfico tem como tema o Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) como construção coletiva, buscando compreender e caracterizar a importância da gestão escolar democrática na construção deste documento, que, por essência, organiza o trabalho pedagógico realizado na escola. Nesse sentido, objetivou-se compreender a importância da gestão escolar democrática no planejamento, (re)construção e execução do Projeto Político Pedagógico. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, envolvendo a pesquisa bibliográfica, bem como um estudo de caso, o qual delimitou como objeto de estudo o processo de reconstrução do PPP de uma escola pública estadual do município de Santa Maria - RS. O contexto investigativo da pesquisa bibliográfica realizou-se através da leitura, seleção e análise de pressupostos teóricos sobre o tema em livros e revistas científicas; para o estudo de caso, foram coletados dados através de questionários específicos aplicados a cada segmento da comunidade escolar (alunos, pais, funcionários e professores) sendo que a amostragem foi de 5 sujeitos por segmento, bem como uma entrevista realizada com a atual responsável pela gestão da escola (diretora). Tais instrumentos de coleta de dados direcionaram-se a busca de elementos para compreensão e análise da experiência de (re)construção do PPP vivenciada pela escola no ano anterior. O resultado da pesquisa evidencia que houve uma significativa participação da comunidade escolar em todo o processo de (re)construção do PPP e que há o engajamento de todos visando o bem comum da escola, demonstrando um dos princípios da Gestão democrática, que é a participação e a autonomia nas decisões pedagógicas, administrativas e financeira. | por |
