Prevalência de sintomatologias dolorosas em trabalhadores do comércio
Abstract
Os trabalhadores do comércio em sua atividade profissional estão expostos a uma série de fatores que podem levar a acometimentos que influenciarão sua saúde e consequentemente a atividade profissional. A pesquisa desenvolvida é transversal, do tipo descritivo com abordagem quantitativa. Utilizou-se o QNSO (Questionário Nórdico de Sintomas Osteomusculares) para a coleta de dados. Os objetivos incluem verificar a prevalência de sintomatologias dolorosas em trabalhadores do comércio, identificar as regiões corporais de maior incidência de dor e analisar o perfil dos funcionários relacionando com as sintomatologias. Participaram desde estudo 147 funcionários de uma cadeia de lojas, de ambos os sexos, com média de idade de 22,33 anos ± 3,13x10-8. A amostra contou com 30 funcionários técnicos administrativos e 117 funcionários vendedores. A localização anatômica de distúrbios osteomusculares mais referida foi a coluna cervical relatada por 70% dos sujeitos, seguida da coluna lombar, referida por 69% deles. Os resultados obtidos apontaram que a grande maioria (93,8%) dos entrevistados apresentaram sintomatologia dolorosa nos últimos 12 meses, sendo que, dos 117 vendedores lojistas, apenas 8 (6,8%) negaram qualquer sintoma de dor nos últimos 12 meses.
