Acolhimento multiprofissional percepção dos profissionais em estratégia de saúde da família

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know the perception of the professionals of the family health teams regarding the reception and insertion of professionals from other areas of knowledge in the multiprofessional reception. The research was of the descriptive type, with a qualitative approach, performed with 33 professionals, during the months of September and October of 2016. The data were collected through the technique of semi-structured interviews, using guiding questions and the research was analyzed considering the references of the Content Analysis and separated into two categories. It is noted that the responses and opinions expressed by the professionals of the teams are in agreement with the pertinent concepts in the literature on the subject, demonstrating that they have an understanding about the issue of reception in primary care and consider the participation of other professionals in the same. Therefore, the assignment of welcome is of all professionals who work in health teams, providing autonomy of the user in the search for the care of their health.
