Um processo de classificação de regras de acessibilidade
Abstract
O desenvolvimento web tem evoluído nos últimos anos, desta forma
aumentaram as preocupações em manter o conteúdo acessível, visto que acessibilidade
web significa garantir a todos os utilizadores a igualdade de acesso às
informações fornecidas por sites. Atualmente, várias ferramentas para verifi-
cação de acessibilidade estão disponíveis, porém muitas delas se sobrepõem ou
são incompletas ou não especificam quais recomendações são verificadas por
elas. Este artigo apresenta um processo de classificação das recomendações de
acessibilidade. O processo consiste na análise e classificação das recomendações
em regras sintáticas e semânticas. As regras sintáticas tratam da escrita
da linguagem, o que torna possível que sejam verificadas de forma automática,
enquanto que as regras semânticas, por tratarem do significado das expressões
da linguagem necessitam de testes manuais. A validação do processo proposto
se deu através da utilização de uma ferramenta de verificação de acessibilidade
aplicado a páginas iniciais de sites relacionados ao governo brasileiro.
Observou-se que várias regras geradas no processo de classificação proposto
não estavam implementadas na ferramenta e regras implementadas na ferramenta
poderiam ser adicionadas ao processo de classificação proposto.
