Abstract
Este trabalho relata um projeto de Design de Superfície, envolvendo superfícies bi e tridimensionais aplicadas no desenvolvimento de luminárias de mesa. A metodologia utilizada é composta por pontos abordados por Pahl & Beitz (2005), que apresentam fases de caráter técnico que irão auxiliar no desenvolvimento de luminárias. O objetivo foi o desenvolvimento de superfícies bidimensionais contendo signos gráficos provenientes de elementos da natureza, somados à tridimensionalidade obtida por meio do origami modular, buscando-se obter objetos de caráter artístico e decorativo com funcionalidade.
