The proposed integrated work MRPIHCS MS in FH with the majority of residents without experience in public health and without academic training or work with to be supportive matrix. Although already feel exploited after a year and a half of activities, lack of space for dialogue, integration, exchange and case discussions are the main difficulties. And users surveyed still do not know or are not informed about the proposal of the work of MS in FH. Finally, the dialogic space is insufficient even close to its power. It was found that not only provide theoretical support to operationalize the work of matrix support in family health. It is imperative that professionals (residents and service), management (and the municipality of residence) and users have a constant channel of discussion and pacts and recognize how important activity so that we can operationalize the work and mitigate any existing difficulty. | eng |
