A classificação de documentos na implementação de políticas de arquivo na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

This paper presents a study on the application of the Filling Plan to classify administrative processes within the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. It has a general objective to investigate the application of the classification of documents in the implementation of archive policies in the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, using the instrument of the classification administrative processes. It’s a descriptive search, in its qualitative character, developed through the case study wich consisted on the application of a questionnaire with open and closed questions, with a population of four people working in the Division of General Protocol and the Section General of Archives and direct observation in the mentioned sectors. The results found show that difficult in the application of the Filling Plan are resulting, largely, in the lack of servers responsible by classification of administrative processes.
