O acolhimento como forma de produção em saúde: o encontro trabalhador - usuário do SUS

Abstract

This study it was had as a goal to approach health assistance meeting between worker and user of SUS, considering aspects of the subjectivity of the worker, articulated with the formation in Team Health and the role of the management. It considered, for that, the theme of User Embracement as a device and stage of the process of work for Basic Attention. Methodologically, it can be considerate like qualitative research, kind of bibliographic. The results show: the important role and function of the User Embracement as a technological source, device or possible relationship at the meeting of worker-user, following the logic of relations dimension of technology; supporting as a key-word of the relational process, from the entrance door of SUS, the first contact and setting bond and continuity of care, as a device which allows the meeting of worker-user in a way that operates important functions, like the hearing and the processing of the demand; anguish as a permanent element in the worker-user assistance meeting and with some determination to headings from one level to the other of the assistance; the role of the definition of which technical means such worker owns, or not, in his or her daily practice, also showing interference of the resilience and tolerance levels of the person with their day by day contact with pain and suffering; the role of the management as a supporting to the devices that can help what it is produced for the health assistance meeting.
