Desenvolvimento de uma bicicleta elétrica com motor BLDC
Abstract
O impacto causado pela emissão de gás carbônico aliado a necessidade de melhoria de mobilidade urbana, tornou necessária a procura por meios alternativos de locomoção. Concomitantemente a isso, o uso de bicicletas tem crescido e se mostrado efetivo na solução dos principais problemas de transporte em grandes centros urbanos. O grande avanço da eletrônica de potência, aliado à procura por novos meios de locomoção, tornou possível o desenvolvimento de novas soluções, de modo a tornar bicicletas elétricas uma opção viável. O conceito de bicicleta elétrica se baseia basicamente na inserção de um motor elétrico ao corpo de uma bicicleta convencional, e já é notável a existência de normas a fim de definir e regulamentar este modelo de bicicleta em muitos países ao redor do globo. Verificar-se-á neste trabalho que as bicicletas podem ser construídas com tipos diferentes de motores, onde dentre eles se encontra o motor BLDC, objeto foco deste trabalho. Serão apresentadas as normas que regulamentam as bicicletas elétricas ao redor do mundo e realizados estudos dos motores BLDC, seus modos de construção, sua modelagem matemática, seu modo de funcionamento, com foco no controle six-step e por fim estudar-se-á um motor BLDC para utilizá-lo na construção de um protótipo de uma bicicleta elétrica.
