Análises de estimação de estados em um sistema de distribuição utilizando o software computacional digsilent powerfactory
Abstract
A obtenção de dados em tempo real para um estado confiável e seguro dos sistemas de distribuição de energia elétrica é de suma importância, visando-se a operação adequada e a geração de um diagnóstico preciso em relação a prováveis irregularidades que venham afetar a confiabilidade do sistema. Um sistema composto com análise em tempo real, é capaz de monitorar, controlar, operar e coordenar ações, formando assim, uma rede elétrica inteligente (smart grid). O uso de medidores inteligentes alocados ao longo da rede é uma alternativa para aquisição de medidas remotas em tempo real, mas mesmo com a atual redução nos custos para aquisição dos medidores, economicamente, ainda não é viável ter uma cobertura completa da rede em termos de medidas. Assim, há a necessidade de mesclar medidas remotas com outras pseudo-medidas, adquiridas anteriormente ou determinadas pelo Fluxo de Potência. A estimação de estados é uma forma de realizar um estudo estatístico que complemente o Fluxo de Potência e as medidas reais obtidas pelos medidores, compreendendo, portanto, medidas reais com pseudo-medidas. Por conseguinte, este trabalho busca, por meio de três estudos de caso, realizar uma validação e análise da estimação de estado – aplicado à uma rede de Baixa Tensão – de modo a integrar as estimativas obtidas pelo estimador às medidas remotas em tempo real. Busca-se também determinar um índice geral do estimador, que possa determinar se os medidores estão bem situados, de tal forma que, caso o contrário, auxilie em análise futura, a encontrar possíveis locais de alocação para eles.
