Abstract

This article, developed by means of bibliographical revision and of reflections on practical the daily one, deals with the insertion of Psychology in the work with teams of Strategy Health of Family - ESF. It is covered recent history of the relation between Psychology and the Health, mainly the Public Health, analyzing the possibilities and challenges ahead of the necessity of adequacy of this disciplines and its professionals front to the lines of direction of the Only System of Health - SUS and its functional structures. This context demand is considered that practical in a recreation of great part of psychological making, that it must to release of its historical nature with norm, based practical its in a solitary action, and of the direct transposition of the psychological clinic in private molds to the public context and socially tacked of the ESF teams. Ahead of action in this teams, notices that, although the positions mentioned above not to be desirable, nor if to adjust what it prioritizes the SUS, them still are waited on the part considerable of the taken care of population and the participant professionals of the teams, that still see the psychologist as an independent physician, with the intention of the duty to diagnosis and to adjust wrong subjectivities. Although the challenges to reconfigure practical the psychological front to the peculiarities of the ESF, are observed that the presence of this professional, since whom politically syntonized with the principles of the SUS, the team of the mental suffering can to earn to be able ahead, to characterize the listening of Communitarian Agents of Health and excessively technician and to contribute for the dialogue with the demands of the community and the possibilities of action of the teams, what he makes of this presence, not yet foreseen in the picture professional of the ESF, an opportune possibility of magnifying and qualification to be evaluated.
