Abstract

This search aimed to debate the influence that the gauchos culture have over the nursery school in Lar de Miriam2 through the theme “gauchos’ culture in the education process, which allowed an improved experience in both educational and social levels, linking together the scholar management and the learning process. For this purpose, the research brings to the classroom the gaucho’s values trying to determine opinions in order to think of the pedagogical practices throughout analysis of data characterized by the bibliographical research as well as the observation of the procedures used in classroom to give a chance to develop studies about the gaucho’s culture, raising in children and young people stake to the common culture and traditions, helping out in the citizen’s formation. Reflecting about the process of scholar management and the learning processes built in the school to create the collectivity and subject’s individuality to live in society. Concluding the work, it is affirmed that knowing the student’s group peculiarities is essential to elaborate creative educational activities. In the end of the work, the final considerations are about a critical reflection on the nursery school’s practice, and these reflections can contribute to a more effective actions in the schooling practice in the Lar de Mirian.
