O gestor nas unidades básicas de saúde da família: uma revisão bibliográfica

Abstract

The health manager is essential in the change of the process of reorganization and reorganization of the current system of public health and consolidation of the SUS. This bibliographical study has as general objective to analyze the bibliographical production on Management in Health of the Family and Only System of Health (SUS) produced from 2006 to 19 of May of 2011. The study object has the role of the Manager in Health front to the Basic Units of Health of Família (UBSF). The collection of data involved the search in the databases Lilacs and Scielo. The found works had been analyzed according to the technique of Analysis of Content, proposal for Bardin (1979). The results evidence the importance of the work of the manager in health in the categories “the manager as facilitator in the access to the services”, “the manager realizing administrative functions”, “the nurse as manager in health” and “the manager as agent of consolidation of the SUS”. It can be perceived that the function realized for the manager in health is not an easy task because the manager takes a lot of adversities and complexities in his/her daily routine at work. Thus, so that the effective consolidation of the SUS is reached, it is necessary that there is a joint effort among the three spheres of government, that the managers in health search to develop a work in partnership with the communities and that these managers are enabled and available to fight so that the SUS is, in fact, universal, egalitarian and of quality.
