Escola regular e gestão da política pública inclusiva: narrativas docentes
Abstract
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo discutir como as políticas públicas para inclusão vêm repercutindo no contexto escolar e como os professores estão se apropriando de tais iniciativas. A reflexão aqui proposta insere-se nas discussões que tratam da compreensão sobre o movimento inclusivo e sua relevância na sociedade atual. A investigação foi realizada em uma escola municipal no município de Ijuí, a qual tem atualmente quatro alunos incluídos. O desenho da investigação pautou-se na abordagem qualitativa narrativa sociocultural, assim, foram realizadas entrevistas com três colaboradoras, as quais foram analisadas e culminaram em três categorias. A primeira categoria foi denominada: Práticas Inclusivas e diz respeito à realidade escolar investigada, evidenciando o que já é realizado nas escolas. A segunda categoria: Inclusão e legislação refere-se às políticas públicas, tem como base as ações voltadas para a inclusão a partir destas políticas. A terceira categoria é nomeada: Processos Formativos e Docência, referindo-se aos anseios e fragilidades formativas evidenciadas pelos professores. A partir deste estudo, foi possível evidenciar que as escolas reconhecem a necessidade de incluir e seus benefícios para o exercício da cidadania e respeito à diversidade, organizando suas ações para esta realidade escolar. Nesta direção, conclui-se que o movimento para a inclusão envolve todos os segmentos educacionais, desde políticas até profissionais mobilizados com a qualidade na educação e constante formação. Percebe-se a necessidade de criar espaços formativos voltados para a formação docente, além da necessidade de reflexões acerca das práticas gestoras entrelaçadas às políticas públicas vigentes.
