A política nacional de humanização e o processo de trabalho do assistente social

Abstract

This article aims to analyze online articles published in national journals in the period 2003 to 2010 on the National Policy of Humanization of SUS and the insertion of a professional social worker in this scenario. This is a review of publications in the areas of health and social sciences and humanities, BibliotecaVirtual available at BIREME, in databases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Social Sciences Journal-UNITAU. Found a paper with an adherence to the chosen subject. The data analysis followed the proposal of thematic analysis. Based on the selected article, we point out that since the 9 th National Health Conference theme humanization has been studied and discussed being, implemented the National Policy of Humanization in 2003 so that it would enable a suitable host and listen to users, creating a new culture of care based on the centrality of the subject. Thus, the contribution of the social worker qualifies as part of the ethical-political project of the profession that has its foundation in social rights and targeted intervention to recognize the existence of another, through a socio-educational approach.
