A universalização de crianças de 4 e 5 anos na educação infantil do município de Carazinho - RS

Abstract

The early childhood education, first stage of basic education, ensuring a healthy development and learning of children turning them and consequently to society, therefore, constitutes an important instrument for the acquisition of knowledge. Public policies as the Federal Constitution of 1988, guidelines and Bases for national education no. 9.394/96 shall ensure access. The National Education Plan 2014/20124 aims the universalization of children of 4 and 5 years. The present research aims to: analyze the process of Universalization of early childhood education in the municipality of Carazinhosearch; how did the child education in Brazil;meet the public policy related to early childhood education;analyzing census data on the indices of School children enrolled in early childhood education in the municipality of Carazinho; verify the actions taken, by the city of Carazinho, to fulfill the goal of the national plan of education 1. Was developed through bibliographical research, analysis of census data on early childhood education and questionnaire to obtain further data about the universalization in the municipality of Carazinho. The data shows that the supply of vacancies in children's Education in Carazinho has increased gradually over the years and that the goal of the National Education Plan 1 can be reached by the end of the year 2016.
