A produção do aluno incluído no discurso da gestão escolar
Abstract
A presente investigação, realizada a partir de estudos de inspiração foucaultiana, busca conhecer discursos produzidos pelos gestores de escolas regulares, procurando problematizar seus efeitos na produção dos alunos ditos incluídos. Para tanto utilizo como materiais analíticos entrevistas realizadas com três gestoras de duas escolas regulares da cidade de São Pedro do Sul/RS e como ferramentas de análise os conceitos de discurso e normalização. Para fins didáticos, a discussão foi dividida em três capítulos: no primeiro apresento os movimentos e os caminhos que me fizeram chegar ao Curso de Gestão Educacional, com o interesse de olhar para os discursos dos gestores escolares sobre os sujeitos ditos incluídos; no segundo foco no termo Gestão e as suas implicações em uma Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva, analisando as principais recorrências presentes nos discursivos das gestoras no que se refere a educação inclusiva e aos sujeitos a quem ela se destina; no terceiro trato da ordem do discurso escolar no que se refere a produção do aluno anormal. A partir do exercício analítico empreendido na pesquisa é possível dizer que os discursos dos gestores das escolas em questão estão produzindo os alunos em situação de inclusão escolar como alunos especiais/diferentes/deficientes/anormais e, por isso, destinados a práticas de normalização.
