Análise de viabilidade técnica e econômica de um sistema solar fotovoltaico Grid-Tie em uma empresa de pequeno porte do setor metal-mecânico
Abstract
A energias renováveis são importantes no atual contexto de produção de energia elétrica,
marcada pela busca de fontes de recursos renováveis e cada vez mais limpos. As fontes
renováveis mais utilizadas, em destaque a solar fotovoltaica, nos últimos apresentaram um crescimento
expressivo de participação na matriz energética brasileira. A realização dessa monografia
exigiu compreender os conceitos e tecnologias associadas à energia fotovoltaica, conceitos
de viabilidade econômico-financeira e enquadramento legal respeitando as normas vigentes no
Brasil para esse tipo de produção elétrica. O trabalho apresenta, após a revisão bibliográfica,
a avaliação técnica e econômica da solução para a implementação de um sistema geração fotovoltaico
na empresa Tecnopampa Ltda. analisando se haveria espaço para implementação do
sistema, qual o valor da irradiação no local, inclinação e azimute com melhores ganhos, o custo
de investimento, a diferença nas contas proporcionando o cálculo de retorno de investimento
(payback) do sistema de 3,19 anos. Para a análise da viabilidade econômico-financeira da energia
solar fotovoltaica foram analisados o payback descontado, o valor presente líquido, a taxa
interna de retorno e o valor anual uniforme equivalente. Para o estudo foram utilizados softwares
como o Excel, para os cálculos matemáticos, Radiasol e Sundat, para obtenção dos dados
climatológicos, HelioScope para orientação e distribuição dos módulos fotovoltaicos, e para o
dimensionamento do sistema foi utilizado o PVsyst, que retornou um sistema composto por 114
painéis fotovoltaicos de 325 Wp=cada, capaz de gerar 37; 05 kWp, cerca de 95% da demanda
energética. Os resultados revelaram que o projeto da implantação de energia solar fotovoltaica,
na empresa Tecnompampa, como alternativa para redução de custos e de diversificação energética
é viável para o período analisado, considerando os dados projetados.
