A percepção da qualidade do serviço de fisioterapia prestado pela Prefeitura Municipal de Ibarama - RS, na ótica de seus usuários

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how physiotherapy´s users of services offered by Ibarama-RS government evaluate the quality of service. This research used a questionnaire prepared by the researcher and based on the study authors. Initially a literature search was conducted to support the study, after a quantitative questionnaire was applied to 26 users who were in treatment. At the end of the study most of the evaluated items got top marks, and the routine of the sessions received the lowest score. These results can contribute to improve professional skills and results with suggestions such as creating a routine chart of care which could consist of collecting user´s data, evaluation of tests that has been conducted, physical assessment, treatment´s plan preparation and periodic reviews to checking the results regarding to reformulate the treatment plan as needed. Moreover, it can be suggested to the Health´s Department join actions in order to provide clarification to the people and act more broadly to prevent health problems.
