Monitoramento de variáveis ambientais e avaliação do índice de qualidade da água em viveiro de piscicultura
Abstract
Visando o crescimento da atividade de piscicultura e os possíveis impactos ambientais gerados, o monitoramento da qualidade da água é uma avaliação imprescindível para o desenvolvimento sustentável. Este trabalho teve como objetivo monitorar a qualidade da água de um viveiro de piscicultura com policultivo de espécies de peixes, através da avaliação de variáveis ambientais. O monitoramento de água foi realizado mensalmente durante dezoito meses, em quatro pontos distintos: nascente (P1), viveiro (P2), monge do viveiro (P3) e efluente final de piscicultura (P4). A faixa de valores das variáveis físico química foi: amônia total (0,09 a 1,38 mg/L), nitrato (0,07 a 0,75 mg/L), nitrito (0,04 a 0,27 mg/L), nitrogênio total (0,28 a 3,30 mg/L), dureza total (14,67 a 46,47 mg/L CaCO3) alcalinidade total (6,40 a 47,46 mg/L CaCO3), condutividade elétrica (38,04 a 132,25 μS.cm–1), temperatura (15,00 a 25,20 ºC), pH (6,14 a 7,71), oxigênio dissolvido (0,82 a 6,59 mg/L) e Demanda Bioquímica de oxigênio - DBO (0,00 a 6,20 mg/L), fósforo total (0,09 a 0,32 mg/L), turbidez (19,96 a 226,78 NTU) e sólidos totais (150 a 1600 mg/L). Houve contaminação microbiológica por coliformes totais e Escherichia coli em todos os pontos amostrados. Em relação ao reuso do efluente, o mesmo classifica-se como Classe 4, conforme Resolução CONAMA nº 357/2005, tendo como variáveis decisivas as concentrações de fósforo total e oxigênio dissolvido, podendo a água ser destinada apenas para navegação e harmonia paisagística. Ainda, de acordo com a Resolução CONAMA nº 430/2011 e Resolução CONSEMA nº 355/2020, o efluente da piscicultura, em estudo, pode ser descartado direto em corpos hídricos.
