Educação em saúde e o Programa Saúde na Escola: uma revisão de escopo
Abstract
O presente estudo objetiva investigar a forma como o Programa Saúde na Escola vem sendo trabalhado em publicações oficiais e na literatura científica. Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo cujo objetivo é mapear o estado da arte em uma área temática pretendendo fornecer uma visão descritiva dos estudos revisados. Seguiu-se os aspectos elencados pelo protocolo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) da Rede Equator. Constituíram-se enquanto fontes de informação as bases de dados LILACS, PubMed, Diário Oficial da União e o repositório da UNESCO. Das 444 publicações encontradas, 63 foram selecionadas para leitura na íntegra, resultando em uma amostra final de 52 publicações analisadas. São abordados os possíveis impactos, as potencialidades e os desafios para a implantação, manutenção, efetividade e avaliação das ações de Educação em Saúde com crianças e adolescentes no cenário escolar. Sugere-se a incorporação de ações de Educação em Saúde voltadas à saúde mental, principalmente neste momento pandêmico. Ressalta-se que a Educação em Saúde e o Programa Saúde na Escola propiciam acesso à informação, formação de opinião, autonomia e adesão a hábitos saudáveis que promovam saúde. Em razão da complexidade na realização das ações de Educação em Saúde no contexto escolar, é necessária a atuação intersetorial com a participação de todos os atores envolvidos, articulando o conhecimento com o contexto de vida dos estudantes, identificando dispositivos que potencializem as ações de Educação em Saúde no âmbito do Programa Saúde na Escola.
