Estratégia de controle por campo orientado para motores síncronos de relutância com aplicação experimental
Abstract
Este trabalho de conclusão de curso aborda sistemas de controle vetorial orientado por campo
indireto para máquinas síncronas de relutância. Estas máquinas são construidas a partir de en rolamentos senoidalmente distribuídos no estator e rotor fabricado de material ferromagnético,
o que resulta em um motor eficiente por não conter perdar por correntes rotóricas. As principais características da máquina síncrona de relutância são alta eficiencia energética, baixo
custo de produção e manutenção, bem como elevada robustez. Desta forma, o motor síncrono
de relutância pode substituir o motor de indução em aplicações industriais, o que proporciona
economia de energia, dado sua elevada eficiência. O trabalho apresenta o modelo matemático
para o motor síncrono de relutância, sendo este utilizado para o projeto dos controladores e
para simulações computacionais em tempo discreto. Também é descrita a montagem e o funci onamento de uma bancada experimental para acionamento e controle do motor. Composta por
sensores de corrente, tensão e posição mecânica, esta bancada realiza aquisições de medidas
e condicionamento dos sinais necessários para a execução do controle vetorial. Os resultados
experimentais obtidos em bancada permitem validar o funcionamento do sistema de controle
projetado.
