dc.description.abstract | This study, linked to the Educational Management Course, of the Public Policy and Educational Management Program, addresses the theme “Learning Styles of deaf students in Higher Education”. The general objective of which was to discuss the Learning Style of the deaf student during graduation. And, as specific objectives: to approach, through the Kolb inventory, the occurrence of forms of learning, according to the learning style of the deaf student; understand the learning style during the teaching process of the deaf student at graduation. It is based on a qualitative research, where the subjects were three deaf academics from a Federal University. It was found that the predominant style among academics was fixed on the assimilator, in which the student has his learning based on observations and thoughts. In conclusion, learning has always been considered a complex process, due to the series of variables that can intervene. In the case of the deaf, the identification, the knowledge and the way that each one organizes for the apprehension and assimilation of learning, proves to be essential so that learning takes place in a natural and fluid way. | eng |

dc.description.resumo | Este estudo, vinculado ao Curso de Gestão Educacional, do Programa de Políticas Públicas e Gestão Educacional, aborda a temática “Estilos de Aprendizagem de estudantes surdos na Educação Superior”. O qual teve como objetivo geral discutir o Estilo de Aprendizagem do estudante surdo durante a graduação. E, como objetivos específicos: abordar por meio do inventário de Kolb a ocorrência das formas do aprendizado, em função do estilo de aprendizagem do estudante surdo; entender o estilo de aprendizagem durante o processo de ensino do estudante surdo na graduação. Está fundamentada em uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, onde os sujeitos foram três acadêmicos surdos de uma Universidade Federal. Constatou-se que o estilo predominante entre os acadêmicos se fixou no assimilador, no qual o estudante possui seu aprendizado baseado em observações e pensamentos. Em conclusão, o aprender sempre oi considerado um processo complexo, pela série de variáveis que podem intervir, No caso do surdo, a identificação, o conhecimento as maneira que cada um se organiza para a apreensão e assimilação da aprendizagem, mostra ser essencial para que o aprender ocorra de forma natural e fluida. | por |
