Instrumento de avaliação da satisfação com o curso de graduação utilizando a Teoria de Resposta ao Item
Abstract
Satisfação tem sido tema recente de várias pesquisas, não apenas tem sido, como seu número tem crescido consideravelmente nos últimos anos. O motivo é que as instituições, empresas, setores da economia, tem entendido que a satisfação é um elemento muito importante na fidelização e atração de novos clientes. Assim, a visão das Instituições de Ensino Superior também tem se voltado para esse fato, de modo que passe a ser relevante para elas a avaliação da satisfação dos seus alunos. Nesse contexto, tem-se utilizado cada vez mais a Teoria de Resposta ao Item (TRI) para se fazer a medição de aspectos subjetivos de determinada população. Assim, este estudo se aproveita da TRI e busca estudar a possibilidade de criação de um instrumento de avaliação da satisfação dos alunos de um curso de graduação. Para tal, foram estudadas as técnicas, matérias e variáveis que se apresentam na literatura sobre o assunto satisfação e sobre a TRI. Após, elaborou-se um questionário que buscava suprir este objetivo. Com uma análise ampla sobre os resultados foi possível averiguar a validade e confiabilidade do instrumento. Assim como foi possível entender o comportamento do traço latente (satisfação) através da análise da correlação bisserial dos itens, curvas características e seus parâmetros a e b, e também identificar os fatores e itens que mais influenciam na satisfação dos acadêmicos respondentes. Fora feita também a associação de variáveis com os itens do instrumento, onde a única relação encontrada foi o maior nível de insatisfação dos respondentes do sexo feminino. Por fim, obteve-se um instrumento válido contendo 27 itens fortes com bom poder de discriminação e uma análise completa com a interpretação dos mesmos.
