Gerenciamento e destinação final ambientalmente adequada de embalagens longa vida
Abstract
O presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar o processo de gerenciamento de destinação ambientalmente correta dos resíduos de embalagem cartonada longa vida em empresas que realizam a reciclagem no Brasil, a partir de dados presentes na Comissão Empresarial para Reciclagem. Dessa forma, constatou-se as condutas das empresas a partir do recebimento das embalagens no processo de pós-consumo e reciclagem. A metodologia utilizada é de caráter qualitativo com aportes aplicados que possibilitaram a realização de entrevistas por meio de contato telefônico e o envio do questionário por e-mail. Com base nas respostas obtidas foi possível determinar quais os maiores problemas em comum e as distintas relevâncias para cada empresa. Concluiu-se que o preço padrão das embalagens pós consumo e a falta de matériaprima, vem sendo as maiores dificuldades para as instituições desse ramo, além disso as cooperativas de reciclagem e os catadores são os principais fornecedores dos resíduos do tipo longa vida, contudo a conscientização da população continuação sendo a principal mudança necessária.
