Atuação do nutricionista na residência multiprofissional de saúde no âmbito hospitalar: um relato de experiência
Abstract
A Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde constitui uma estratégia de formação de recursos humanos para o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), por meio de uma abordagem diferenciada. O presente artigo trata-se de um relato de experiência originado da vivência da nutricionista residente do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde com ênfase Gestão e Atenção hospitalar na área de concentração crônico-denegenerativo, da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM), durante realização das atividades práticas entre o período de março a novembro de 2021, em um Hospital de alta complexidade localizado na cidade de Santa Maria - Rio Grande do Sul. O relato é dividido em três partes: Pacientes referenciados e a atenção nutricional; Ações vivenciadas nos ambulatórios e no Serviço de Atendimento Domiciliar (SAD); e, Reflexões geradas após a vivência e sugestões de melhorias. A gestão de alta envolve um plano que tem por objetivo melhorar a eficiência, a qualidade do serviço de saúde e previnir reinternações. A oferta de alimentação adequada e saudável é fundamental nos processos de recuperação da saúde e prevenção de novos agravos. É necessário criar formas para facilitar o encaminhamento nos ambulatórios multi para os médicos e também no pedido de consultorias dentro do hospital. As vivências no dia a dia no ambiente hospitalar permitem ao residente nutricionista reconhecer a importância substancial da atuação de cada profissão ao juntar os saberes específicos para a melhor condução/intervenção. Conclui-se que a diversidade de cenários e a complexidade das situações vivenciadas na Residência preparam o profissional para os desafios de sua futura atuação no SUS.
