Sistema de monitoramento aplicado à NR-15
Abstract
A agricultura é uma das mais antigas e importantes atividades humanas. Desde as proêmias eras até os dias atuais, inúmeras técnicas de plantio e de colheita têm enriquecido a agricultura. Com o avanço tecnológico observado no presente século, surgiram novos métodos que usufruem diretamente de tecnologias de alto nível. Apesar disso, nesse contexto ainda existe um espaço amplo e carente de estudos e de implementações tecnológicas. Portanto, este trabalho apresenta e contextualiza o uso de sistemas de monitoramento em tempo real em unidades armazenadoras, propondo o desenvolvimento de uma aplicação web em Java e em TypeScript, abordando desde a modelagem de um banco de dados e de um servidor, até a criação de uma interface de contato com o usuário (frontend). Além disso, este trabalho também propõe a lógica de implementação, a nível de código em linguagem C, de um algoritmo exemplo responsável por mensurar e por formatar os valores de temperatura e de umidade, por estabelecer conexão com uma rede wi-fi e por enviar os dados colhidos ao servidor através da internet. Assim, o objetivo principal deste trabalho é a criação de um sistema de monitoramento em tempo real formado pelo conjunto de software e hardware, mas com foco principal no desenvolvimento do software, de tal forma que a aplicação em segurança do trabalho no contexto de unidades armazenadoras é apenas um exemplo de uso desse sistema. Para isso, foram utilizados conceitos de sistemas embarcados, computação em nuvem, internet das coisas e banco de dados, entre outros comentados ao longo deste texto. Os resultados obtidos com os testes apresentaram o comportamento esperado para a validação do exemplo de uso do sistema proposto, de tal forma que seu objetivo principal foi alcançado. Diante disso, entende-se que esta produção pode servir como referencial para futuros trabalhos que abordem o uso de tecnologias aplicadas à segurança do trabalho no meio agrícola, bem como para os que, de alguma forma, tangenciem o tema sob análise.
