Estudo da modelagem estatística em imagens SAR
Abstract
As imagens SAR se tornaram ferramentas importantes com aplicações em áreas como
monitoramento ambiental e segurança nacional. A modelagem estatística é uma etapa importante
no processamento e análise de imagens SAR e seus resultados são amplamente
usados em áreas de pesquisa como detecção de alvos e classificação de imagens. Neste
estudo são exploradas cinco funções de distribuição de probabilidade: K, G0, Rayleigh,
Lognormal e Weibull para modelar regiões de veículos na floresta, lago, floresta e estrada.
Os dados coletados dessas regiões pela aeronave CARABAS-II em frequência VHF (20-
90 MHz) são analisados quanto ao número de espalhadores e distribuições que melhor
descrevem as regiões estudadas. Os parâmetros de cada distribuição são estimados com
base no Método da Máxima Verossimilhança e o Método dos Momentos e as distribuições
são comparadas utilizando a distância KS como métrica.
