This article presents fundamental strategic objectives for competitive and quality management of photovoltaic system installation companies in Brazil. The objectives were developed based on a survey that included the participation of 51 managers of installers distributed throughout the country. Using CVR method, the study identified the management aspects that managers consider most important for the success of their companies, such as technical training, equipment quality, customer safety, qualified sales team, and digital marketing.
